Erika Lynn Brotzman

Ms. Brotzman practices in family law and represents clients in cases related to divorce litigation, child custody disputes, post-decree modifications of child support and parental responsibilities.  Ms. Brotzman understands the emotional impact on her clients' during what can be the most stressful experience of their lives.  As such, Ms. Brotzman is a compassionate, competent, wise, and caring attorney.  She is passionate about finding success for her clients and is dedicated to her clients' needs.

Ms. Brotzman has worked with judges at the Second Judicial District in Denver and at the Colorado Court of Appeals; she has also worked at the Colorado Attorney General's Office, and in a number of private firms throughout Colorado.   Ms. Brotzman is licensed to practice law in Colorado and New Mexico.

Ms. Brotzman was raised in Los Angeles, and has been a Colorado resident since the mid-90's.  Ms. Brotzman received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2000 and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School in 2016.

Between law school and undergraduate school Ms. Brotzman was an internationally proclaimed professional cyclist and competed in Tours and World Cups in Italy, New Zealand, and Australia.  During her cycling career she won 44 professional races, was on the National Team, and was ranked the 2nd top professional female cyclist in the United States.  Ms. Brotzman brings this passion for victory, tenacity, and perseverance to her legal career.
